In this 75-minute workshop Emily Orum will focus on embodiment practices to help female identified attendees move from Sexual Shame to Erotic Aliveness. We have grown up in a culture that has conditioned us to externalize our need for love and safety. As women we have been taught to conform, play small and control to get our needs met. This has cut us off from our authentic truth and feeling shame and not trusting the perfection of our full spectrum beingness.
When you are able to flow with ease being your full self, you access the pleasure, joy, and freedom in being you. You also start to access your power to create the life and relationships you desire on your terms and receive the magic of your desires fulfilled!
What to bring: Your curiosity, something to write notes with (if you wish), and perhaps partners you may want to practice with in the future (if available).
