Using powerful tantric rituals & practices, we will target your nervous system and primal brain, which allow you to come into true presence with yourself and alchemize unresolved trauma, fear, shame, and guilt into expansion, pleasure, and fulfillment.
You will learn how to inhabit your body with radical presence and permission, strengthen the pathways of pleasure and orgasmic love, cultivate safety in your nervous system, release shame or judgment of the body you live in, connect deeply with your breasts, vulva and the miracle that is your body.

Remember to take these simple & sweet steps to prepare for the workshop:
- Plan ahead where you will be during the ceremony. Claim a private space. You'll need a mirror, some space to move/dance, and body-friendly oil like coconut or jojoba. **In this ceremony, you will be invited to be fully naked in your body, in your truth, and in your humanity. It's really important that you come to this ritual in an environment that supports your body's sense of safety to actually be open with bare skin (if you choose to) - remember that this activation is about claiming and choosing sovereignty - you have full autonomy!
- Close any and all distractions on both your phone and computer during the ceremony so you can give yourself full permission & presence.
- Spend 15-30 minutes before joining the live ritual to prepare your space. Light candles, incense, stretch. Have a mirror readily available. If you have a full-body mirror, awesome! If you have a smaller mirror, you will need to prop it up against something so both your hands are free + available (rather than holding the mirror). Curate your environment in a way that feels soul-nourishing and supportive to you.
- Be sure to nourish yourself before we start. Bring lots of water or any delicious tea or elixir.
Lastly, my love, you are a priestess at your own altar. You are here, prayer in ecstatic motion. You might love to show up with your temple fully adorned in anything that makes you feel like the goddess that you are!
